Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday
3 days a week

Children 5-8 class is designed to introduce our youngest students to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and help them build there confidence, coordination, and listening skills. This program is a fun interactive class that teaches jiu jitsu movements and beginner techniques to ensure a strong foundation and a greater understanding of jiu jitsu. DNA BJJ instructors promote and reinforce strong core values to students in simple and easy-to-follow manner. Students will learn how to effectively deal with bullies and build the skills to defend themselves. Safety is also a key focus in this class.

At TEAM DNA BJJ, we believe that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not just a martial art, but a way of life. Our program is designed to teach children as young as 5 years old the importance of discipline, focus, and respect. We understand that not every child is ready for class, so our priority is your child's safety and making sure they get the most from our classes. If your child is not ready, we will let you know right away, and you are welcome to come back in 6 months and try again. Our ultimate goal is for every child to have the opportunity to learn Jiu Jitsu in a safe and fun environment.
