This class teach the fundamentals that all jiu jitsu proctitioners need to know. In this program our students improve their overall jiu jitsu knowlege, increase moevment and receive an introduction into more advanced jiu jitsu techiques. Students are encouraged to ask questions to improve their overall understanding of the techniques and positions. All levels are beginner friendly.
