Our age 8-13 program is building a strong foundation and improving students' coordination. Students will receive an overview of all positions building a solid base for more advanced jiu-jitsu. Students will also be given explanations of core jiu-jitsu concepts and ideas. They will also learn how to effectively deal with bullies and build the skills to defend themselves effectively

6:30 pm Kids 8-13 BJJ
Wednesday -
6:30 pm Wrestling - Kids 7+ (45 min) no gi (School Year)
6:30 pm Judo For BJJ 7+ (Summer)
Thursday
6:40 pm - Kids 8-13 BJJ
Friday
7:30 pm Self Defense 8+, Teens, and adults
Sunday
12:00-1:00 pm Kids 8-15
